from anywhere in the Lower Mainland. Our 2,848 sq. ft. Holistic Canine Warm Water Wellness Center includes a 9’ X 20’ indoor swimming pool for dogs. The water is a natural salt base using no harsh chemicals. The pool is equipped with special filters and
the water is constantly circulating allowing the water to be clear and clean. The temperature of the water is kept at approximately 32 degrees, which is the optimal temperature for Warm Water Exercise for dogs.
The hydrotherapy swim spa for dogs allows your companion to exercise in a low impact environment. In the case of an injured or disabled canine, the warmth of the water in the hydrotherapy pool promotes blood flow to the injured area while simultaneously increasing muscle and joint flexibility.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted into our spacious reception area. We will then escort you and your canine to the 2,000 sq ft spa area with a non skid floor surface. Equipped with two ramps, one incoming and one outgoing, distractions are kept to a minimum when arriving or departing. For old and injured canines, the rear door can be used to enter and exit the pool area, creating fewer steps getting to the pool. All entrances and all areas at WaterWorkz are wheelchair accessible.

The spa includes a spacious area poolside for parents to enjoy watching their animal companion in the pool. Some parents spend their time looking into their canine's eyes as they float and reach such relaxation they sometimes close their eyes. The lights are low, the music is soft and everyone benefits from time spent in the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere. Of course you can always toss one of the many pool toys from the Doggy toy chest to allow for well deserved play time.
